To join the Ring of *Ghosti-, please fill out the form below and continue through checkout.  At this moment, we are not charging anything to join as we are waiting for the IRS to finalize paperwork so we can open bank accounts.  The board of directors have voted to allow this, and once we have bank accounts and online payments set up, there will be a 3 month grace period to renew your membership and pay the normal membership dues, currently $25.

Membership will get you full access to the members side of the website, email lists, Facebook group, and other networking tools as they come online.

To join the Ring of *Ghosti-, we ask that you agree to follow our code of conduct. You will also be asked to agree upon first log in and upon any changes.

The Ring of *Ghosti- demands that all members treat others with respect.

If someone’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, ask them to stop or seek out an officer or moderator for assistance. If you are asked to stop a particular behavior, do so immediately.

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stalking
  • Physical or Verbal Intimidation
  • Discriminatory Comments or Actions (including, but not limited to, those based on race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or physical appearance)
  • Unwanted Physical Contact
  • Unwelcome Sexual Attention
  • Threats of Violence

Violations of this policy or refusal to stop an unwanted behavior after being asked to do so will result in censure up to, but not limited to, expulsion from the Ring of *Ghosti- per the complaint policy.

By joining the Ring of *Ghosti, you are indicating your acceptance of this code of conduct.

If you wish to report an incident, please seek out an officer, moderator, or the Ombuds for assistance. All reported incidents will be documented and investigated. Please be advised that we need to be informed about an incident in order to take action.

If you are accused of misconduct and feel that the response was unjustified, you may file a complaint to the Ombuds and follow the complaint policy.
