Board of Directors: President
- The term of office for the President is three (3) years with a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms.
- Presides over all BOD meetings
- Is a member of all committees organized by the BOD
- Has executive control over the Corporation and may perform all duties normally performed by the President of a non-profit corporation.
